Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting the Rated R Podcast and the RRR Real. Raw. Relevant. merchandise line.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase while also maintaining fair policies for all customers.

All refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have passed since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that it was received. Items must also be returned in their original packaging.

 

Customized or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. This includes any merchandise that has been modified, personalized, or produced specifically for a customer order. To start a refund request, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the request. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.

 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Items that arrive damaged or defective must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and should include photos of the item and packaging.
